Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty is one of the most popular and commonly performed plastic surgery procedures today that can deliver more balance and harmony to the face. Many people are unhappy with the size and shape of their nose, which can have a negative effect on their levels of self-esteem and confidence. Dr. Mayl can improve the shape and slope of the nasal cavity and bridge by shaving excess bone and removing excess cartilage to create a more desirable appearance using either the open, closed, or endoscopic technique. Rhinoplasty is custom-tailored to the specific aesthetic needs of each patient and is often performed in conjunction with a face lift or eyelid surgery at our practice to give patients a complete facial rejuvenation yielding youthful and natural-looking results. Cheek and Chin Implants

Used to add subtle contouring and increased definition to the face, as well as to correct facial bone deformities, cheek and chin implants are a permanent way to give you the prominent profile you’ve always wanted. Individuals with a weak cheek structure, a flat face, or who have lost contour on the face as a result from aging can benefit from facial augmentation with chin and cheek implants. The implants are made of various flexible synthetic materials and come in a variety of shapes and sizes, allowing Dr. Mayl to customize the implant to your specific aesthetic needs and goals. Necklift

Necklift surgery is an effective procedure that helps individuals to achieve a slimmer neckline more a younger-looking appearance. Overtime, the effects of aging and excessive sun exposure can make the neck lose its vitality. A necklift involves removing excess skin and fat and restructuring the neck muscles in order to reshape and recontour the neck. The procedure is often performed in conjunction with face lift, however some patients find that tightening the neck area is enough to give them their desired appearance. Incisions are made under the chin or behind the ears so that any scars can be concealed. Excess skin and fat will be removed, and the neck muscles tightened to create a better facial contour and give the neck greater definition. Performed at our plastic surgery practice, necklift surgery should take one to three hours to complete; however, if it is combined with total facial rejuvenation or another procedure, the transformation will take longer.
